Aslant Creative LLC requires a full payment to start production. All outstanding balances must be paid in full before any new order production can proceed. By approving the quote and/or pre-production proof, the buyer confirms entrance into a contractual agreement with Aslant Creative LLC and approves Aslant Creative LLC' permission to first apply any outstanding balance to the payment method provided, until said balance is paid in full, and then move forward with the payment terms as outlined below.
Terms are given at the discretion of Aslant Creative LLC. The full amount of an invoice can be charged to the supplied credit card on file at any point before, during, or after production. There is a $50.00 service fee for each returned check. All refunds of $100.00 or more will be returned by bank check within 10-15 business days via first class mail. If a Purchase Order is needed to submit or request payment, Aslant Creative LLC will provide the necessary paperwork to the buyer or buyer's accounting department at the time the order is placed.

Beginning January 1st, 2023, a credit card surcharge fee of 3.50% of the total payment amount will be assessed on all credit card payments. Payments via ACH, Wire, Check, Credit Memos, and other accepted payment methods will continue without imposition of a service fee. If you have previously used a Debit Card in this system, please delete the number and reenter the information or a 3.50% surcharge fee will be assessed to your payment.
In all cases where a check is returned for insufficient funds, a $100.00 fee per returned check will be assessed.
If payment terms are granted, the buyer agrees that late payment of an invoice will result in a 1.5% finance charge or the maximum charge permitted by law may be assessed against all accounts with past due balances. The buyer agrees to pay all Aslant Creative LLC's attorney and collection agency fees incurred in the pursuit of any amount owed thereunder and not paid when due.
The buyer's submittal of an online order, signature on an Estimate/Quote, or email acceptance of a Sales Order/Order Acknowledgment are all records of conditional acceptance by Aslant Creative LLC of the buyer's offer to purchase goods and accept Aslant Creative LLC's terms and conditions. These initial records may contain terms that differ from those contained in the buyer's Purchase Order. To the extent that this is the case, Aslant Creative LLC expressly conditions its acceptance of the buyer's offer on Aslant Creative LLC's assent to the additional or differing terms. The buyer's receipt and retention of the goods shall constitute acceptance of any such additional or differing terms. The buyer and Aslant Creative LLC agree that any contract hereby entered into has been made under and will comply with New York State Law.
Once the buyer confirms the Order Acknowledgement and Proof (Artwork) Approval, the order is initiated and production begins. Any changes made to an order (by phone) after received at factory must be confirmed in writing, email or by fax. Note: Changes may delay shipments and charges may apply.
After the order is initiated or production begins, Aslant Creative LLC cannot guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to an order. When an order is placed, it is processed and shipped quickly. If changes to an order are necessary, Aslant Creative LLC must be contacted immediately. Otherwise, said changes may not be able to be made before the order ships. If additional information is required, the sales representative involved will be available for assistance and clarification.
Aslant Creative LLC will make every effort to comply with the buyer's cancellation request. If the buyer has already received the Order Acknowledgment, there will be a minimum charge of $100.00 to cover preparation expenses. In addition, the buyer is liable to pay the agreed upon price for any work completed up to the time that the order is cancelled. Cancellations result in the buyer being assessed for any production charges accrued at the time. These charges may include, but are not limited to: setup charges, artwork preparation charges, paper or product proofs, shipping charges, digitizing, or embroidery, and restocking fees. All completed work and costs incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer. These fees will be billed at Aslant Creative LLC's discretion.
The best way to avoid cancellation fees is to make selections carefully and thoughtfully and to be 100% confident before moving forward with an order.

Paper proofs will be faxed or Electronic proofs will be emailed unless otherwise noted on purchase order. PRODUCTION BEGINS AFTER RECEIPT OF WRITTEN PROOF APPROVAL.
NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY ART ERRORS AFTER APPROVAL.
Every effort has been made to ensure all product images, proofs and virtual proofs are accurate and true to the product. However, due to changes in stock, screen color variations and other factors, we encourage you to request a sample before placing your order so that you can be sure the product is exactly what you’re expecting. Small variations in images and virtual proofs are to be expected and will not result in credits.
A registration variance of ±1/32" may occur with multiple colors and must be considered acceptable registration.
To insure exact duplication submit the previous invoice number. If previous order included an art, die or screen charge, but a change of copy is needed on the new order, it will be necessary to charge a new art, die or screen charge on the new order. NOTE: We keep art on file for 1 year. Exact imprint and product color cannot be guaranteed on repeat orders. Please request a sample for current product color.

All packaging and carton quantities are approximate. They are subject to change without notice. Packaging will vary according to quantities ordered. Please visit our website for shipping quotes and current packaging information. Web shipping quotes apply only to decorated goods. Please contact your rep for quotes on blank goods. Due to the volume of orders shipped daily, adjustments to ship methods MUST be received 2 days before scheduled ship date or changes cannot be guaranteed. Shipping methods on orders SHIPPING EARLY will not be adjusted to meet in hands date.
POWER BANKS: Due to modifications to the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations and the corresponding change to the UN Classification for power banks Aslant Creative LLC can only offer air shipment via UN 3480 Packing instruction 965 Section 1B(Cargo Aircraft Only). These shipments are subject to higher freight rates and an additional $49.00(X) per carton processing fee.
PRODUCTS REGULATED AS OVER-THE-COUNTER (OTC) DRUGS OR COSMETICS: Those products that fall into this category are not eligible for shipment to any foreign country due to the wide range of regulations around the world. Many nations have their own requirements for facility registration, product listing and labeling of this category. Examples of OTC Drug products: Hand Sanitizer (see separate note regarding shipping classification), Sunscreen, and Lip Balm with SPF. Examples of Cosmetics: Lip Moisturizer, Lip Gloss, Shampoo, etc.
SANITIZERS: Alcohol based hand sanitizers are considered hazardous materials due to their flammability, and as such are subject to the regulations of the US Department of Transportation (domestic ground and air shipments) and International Air Transportation Association (IATA - international air shipments), with the US DoT regulations located in Title 49 of the Code of Federal Regulations. Air shipments of these items will be subject to a processing fee of $49.00(X) per carton, as each carton must be declared, labeled, and shipped separately. Ground shipments do not require special declarations and can ship multiple packages in one shipment, and thus will not be subject to any additional processing fees; however, shipments to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via air, as ground shipments still have to board a plane to reach their final destination. Due to variations in hazardous material regulations around the globe, Aslant Creative LLC does not ship alcohol based sanitizers internationally; Aslant Creative LLC will ship to a domestic location, at which point it becomes the responsibility of our distributors and their clients to determine if the destination country will accept these shipments and to make the international shipment.
Aslant Creative LLC assumes that artwork submitted for reproduction in producing an order, was submitted in full compliance with the laws governing copyright, trademarks, etc. Purchasers, by placing these orders, agree not to hold Aslant Creative LLC responsible for any damages, costs and/ or expenses arising under these laws as a consequence of our use of said artwork.
No returns of imprinted goods are accepted. Incomplete or partial returns will NOT be accepted. Unauthorized returns are NOT accepted. Any imprinted products returned in violation of this policy will be discarded at Aslant Creative LLC's discretion.
NOTE: Colors and textures of certain products may vary according to manufacturer. Because we have no control over what is sent, these variations must be considered acceptable.
All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified as the correct product ordered before decorating. For third parties, it is the decorator’s responsibility to verify receipt of correct product. Blank returns will have a 20% restocking fee or $20.00, whichever is greater.
Aslant Creative LLC strongly advises buyers to open all merchandise to check for quality and satisfaction. If any problems arise with an order, the buyer must contact customer service at 917-590-0200 with the order number immediately or within 15 days of receipt at the very latest. After this time, Aslant Creative LLC will be unable to go back to suppliers for credit. If necessary, Aslant Creative LLC will issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) Number and provide the buyer with a special shipping address.
In the case that the buyer believes receipt of a product or order to be erroneous, customer service must be contacted within 5 working days of receipt of the merchandise. Claims made after this time will not be reviewed. Before Aslant Creative LLC can begin to process a claim, a sampling of the goods (quantity will be determined at Aslant Creative LLC's discretion) must be provided for review. Aslant Creative LLC reserves the right to take up to 10 working days to process a claim from the date of receipt of the goods in question. Any credits, returns, or refunds will be processed within 2 business days after review, unless otherwise noted. The Payment Terms section further outlines this process.
In the case of a buyer error or unauthorized return (including rejected shipments), the buyer is responsible for the return freight, unless otherwise noted.
Aslant Creative LLC CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR FAILURE TO FULFILL A DELIVERY COMMITMENT AS A RESULT OF SITUATIONS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO OCCURRENCES SUCH AS: NATURAL DISASTERS (I.E. HURRICANES, FLOODS), LABOR STRIKES, CONGESTION AT PORTS OF ENTRY, US CUSTOMS / HOMELAND SECURITY HOLDS AND DELAYS, OR FAILURE OF SUBCONTRACTORS TO PERFORM. Aslant Creative LLC WILL PROVIDE WRITTEN DOCUMENTATION IN SUPPORT OF ANY FORCE MAJEURE OR COMMERCIAL IMPRACTICABILITY CONDITION UPON REQUEST.
Return Charges will be assessed to the Customer together with the original Charges, unless the Shipment was undeliverable due to the fault of Aslant Creative LLC. Customer will be liable for any and all costs, charges and fees incurred in returning, storing or disposing of an undeliverable Shipment.

Between the months of April-September we recommend Chocolate and heat sensitive items be shipped in an insulated carton with cold packs. This adds $20 per carton. We will determine how many insulated cartons will be needed for each order and let you know on the invoice. Factory is not responsible for shipping costs. We can ship Ground to any location within two days shipping from our manufacturing facility. Any other location will require 2-Day air shipment via FedEx or UPS to ensure that no melting occurs. Chocolate and nuts should be stored in a cool dry place.
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Due to variances of materials and other circumstances beyond our control, Aslant Creative LLC cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture or construction of finished goods from lot to lot. Due to manufacture tolerances, all dimensions have acceptable variations that are dependent on the product. Aslant Creative LLC is not liable for delays due to acts of God, material shortages, shipping or customs interventions.
